Albert O. DePover

Albert O. DePover, 95, passed away on Friday, May 25, 2018, at Sylvan Crossing Assistant Living in Beaver Dam. A visitation will be held on Thursday, May 31, 2018 at the Koepsell-Murray Funeral Home, N7199 N. Crystal Lake Rd., Beaver Dam from 10 a.m. until the time of the funeral service at 11 a.m. at the funeral home. Fr. John Simon will officiate. Interment will take place at Reeseville Cemetery. Albert was born on January 9, 1923 in Waterloo, WI the son of Camiel and Euphrases (Calus) DePover. He was a farmer his entire life and avid hunter and fisherman. On February 5, 1948, he married Alice Meyers in Reeseville. They farmed for 40 years in this area. Survivors include his son, David (Connie) DePover of Juneau: two grandsons: Corbin and Charles (Julia) DePover; as well as nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. Albert was preceded death by his parents, his loving wife, Alice, his twin brother Arthur, brothers: Joseph and Louis, and his sister Emma Weisensel. If desired, memorials may be directed to Holy Family Catholic Church in Reeseville. Albert’s family wishes to thank Sylvan Crossing for their care and support these last two years.
