Alexis Theresa Schuett was born on July 3 at St. Joseph”s Hospital in West Bend to John Emery and Brittany Schuett. From the beginning, her small hands touched so many hearts. She had amazing strength and could hold her head high. Alexis was just starting to sit up on her own. She didn”t enjoy tummy time too much and really disliked when she wasn”t receiving everyone”s attention, which didn”t happen too often. Alexis was a happy baby and was always giggling, especially when she was being tickled. She would make silly faces and liked to stick her tongue out, earning the nick-name “gecko” from her mother. Although her physical life was short, she will forever live in our hearts.
Alexis is survived by her mother, Brittany Schuett of Reeseville, her father, John Emery of Beaver Dam, grandmother, Julia Schuett of Reeseville, Godmother and aunt, Elizabeth Statz, other aunt and uncles, Michael Statz, Joseph Statz, McKayla Statz and Shawn Statz, all of Reeseville, great grandmother, Barbara Schuett of Reeseville, great grandfather, Donald Weyker of Beaver Dam, other Godparents, Christopher Schuett of Watertown, Jesse Denruiter of Reeseville, Steward Cotton of Beaver Dam, and Taylor Rentfro of Beaver Dam, many other relatives. She was preceded in death by her great grandpa, Kenneth Schuett and great grandma, Theresa Weyker.
