Alice M. Weeks, age 84. Died Wednesday, December 30, 2009 at her home in Beaver Dam.

Visitation for Alice will be at the Murray Funeral Home in Beaver Dam on Sunday, January 3, 2010 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM. On Monday, January 4, 2010, there will be a visitation at St. Katharine Drexel Catholic Church, 127 W. Maple Avenue in Beaver Dam, from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM. A Mass of Christian Burial will immediately follow, beginning at 11:00 AM. Fr. Jerome Rinzel will officiate. Burial will be at Highland Memory Gardens in the Town of Trenton, Dodge County, Wisconsin.

The former Alice Marie Graff was born on November 29, 1925 in Neenah, Wisconsin to the late Melvin and Angeline (Kohl) Graff. On February 4, 1950, she was united in marriage with Edwin H. Weeks in Beaver Dam. Alice worked at Clearview Health and Rehabilitation Center in Juneau for 19 years. She loved to shop, play bingo, and go to rummage sales. She also enjoyed watching The Price is Right and Wheel of Fortune. Alice was a wonderful mother and grandmother and cherished spending time with her family.

Survivors include six children, Richard ( Rosa) Schmidt of Florida, Sandra Weeks, Edwin L. Weeks, Alice (Lee) Dettmann, all of Beaver Dam, Mark Weeks of Horicon, and Darlene (Dave) Bremer of Beaver Dam; 13 grandchildren; 20 great grandchildren, 5 great great grandchildren; two sisters, Betty (Mike) Wallendal of Beaver Dam, and Elaine (Clarence) Warmka of Fox Lake, nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. Alice was preceded in death by her parents, her husband, and her sister, Marlene Wapneski.
