Services: Funeral services for Alvina B. Davison will be held at 11 a.m. on Wednesday, January 13th from Zion Ev. Lutheran Church, Horicon, WI
Visitation: A visitation will be held on Tuesday, January, 12th from 4 p.m. until 8 p.m. at the Koepsell Funeral Home in Mayville, and also on Wednesday, January 13th from 10 a.m. until 11 a.m. at Zion Ev. Lutheran Church in Horicon.
Alvina B. Davison, 90, of N10123 Cty. Tk. V, Mayville, WI passed away on Saturday, January 9, 2010 at her home with her family at her side.
Funeral services for Alvina B. Davison will be held at 11 a.m. on Wednesday, January 13th from Zion Ev. Lutheran Church, Horicon, WI with Rev. Mark Hasty officiating. A visitation will be held on Tuesday, January, 12th from 4 p.m. until 8 p.m. at the Koepsell Funeral Home in Mayville, and also on Wednesday, January 13th from 10 a.m. until 11 a.m. at the church. Interment will take place at Oak Hill Cemetery in Horicon.
Alvina was born the daughter of Julius and Bertha (Purmann) Mueller on October 18, 1919. She was married to Charles Davison on December 27, 1935 in Kekoskee.
She was a member of Zion Ev. Lutheran Church in Horicon. Alvina enjoyed sewing, especially making handmade quilts. She loved making candy and baking. Alvina also enjoyed going to the casinos with her family.
Alvina is survived by her daughters: Lila Okon of Horicon, LaVerne (Tony) Simich of Beaver Dam, Charlotte (Herbert) Jaeger of Reeseville, Judith (Felix) Padron of Watertown, Betty (Glen) Kollmann of Mayville, Barbara Davison of Beaver Dam and Debra Marquardt of Reeseveille; and her sons: Robert (Sam) Davison of Campbellsport, Richard Davison of Mayville, Russell (Laurie) Davison of Horicon, Roland (Debra) Davison of Florida, David (Pam) Davison of Waterloo, Randy Davison of Beaver Dam, Roger Davison of Mayville and Charles (Tammy) Davison of Clyman; many grandchildren, many great grandchildren and many great great grandchildren. She is further survived by other relatives and friends.
She was preceded in death by her parents, husband, Charles in 1976, two sons, two daughters, two brothers and six sisters and one grandchild.
Memorials: Memorial’s in Alvina’s name may be directed to St. Agnes Hospice.
