Long ago neighbor and co-worker of Barb & Tom before the children were born. What a beautiful person, we car pooled and had many laughs to and from John Deere for a short time. When Barb and Tom had their first child Barb decided to stop working as it broke her heart to miss the time with the new baby. I had to commend her for doing so as being a Mom was #1 to her. I liked Barb the moment we first met, and whenever we ran into one another it was like the time had not lapsed. Her family will miss her dearly, but keep the wonderful memories of her as I'm sure they are many. So sorry Tom of this loss for you and your family. Joyce Schmidt (previously Schepp)

We are so sorry to hear of Barbs passing. Even though we lost touch with each other through the years I will always remember the friendship we shared while at the skating rink. I will always remember her for the kind way she treated everyone. Please know you are all in our thoughts and prayers.

No farewell words were spoken, No time to say good-bye. You were gone before I knew it, and only God knows why. My heart still aches in sadness, and secret tears still flow. What it means to lose you, No one will ever know...This week our family lost a GIANT, after every family event, I would receive a card from Barb, letting me know how truly blessed we all were to be part of such a great family. I will miss you Barb...Love MO

Aunt Barbie, aka "BeeBa" was a wonder person who enjoyed life and loved people. From introducing me to sardines to telling me stories of how the Jolly Green Giant would come and have dinner with her. I will always have these fond memories. God Bless her family, give them strength and watch over them during this difficult time. Tim Wendt
