Barbara Jean Sewell, age 66, of Iron Ridge passed on Tuesday, July 5, 2016 at Aurora Medical Center in Hartford, WI. A memorial gathering will be held at the Koepsell Funeral Home in Mayville from 4 until 7 p.m. on Monday, July 11, 2016.Barbara was born on July 27, 1949 in Wauwatosa the daughter of Clifford E. and Emma J. (nee Townsend) Hooey. She was a graduate of Greenfield High School. Barbara was united in marriage to David Sewell on June 15, 1974 at St. Catherine’s in Milwaukee. Barbara is survived by her husband of 42 years- David of Iron Ridge. Her children- Rahn Sewell of Slinger and Dawn (Jake) Kennedy of Menomonee Falls. Her grandchildren- Emma and Shayne. Her brother in law- Rolly (Bonnie) Sewell of Waukesha. Further survived by other relatives and friends.She was preceded in death by her parents.Memorials may be directed to the Dodge County Humane Society.Special thanks to the doctors, nurses, and staff of the Aurora Vince Lombardi Cancer Center in Slinger for all of their care and support.
