Beverly A. Bornhofer (nee Polzin), age 75, Theresa, WI, passed away on Friday, September 6, 2013 at Froedtert Hospital in Milwaukee after a long, courageous battle with cancer.

A memorial gathering will be on Friday, September 13, 2013 from 5 p.m. until 7 p.m. at the Koepsell Funeral Home in Mayville.

Beverly was born the daughter of Jake and Rose (Herbanick) Polzin on May 1, 1938 in Milwaukee, WI. She worked at Marconi Communications in Milwaukee for 32 years and then at Mayville Nursing and Rehabilitation Center for 8 years.

Beverly is survived by: her children- Mark Bornhofer of Bedford, PA., Debra Bornhofer of Theresa, WI., and Cheryl (Mark) Ament of Lannon, WI. Her six grandchildren. Further survived by other relatives & friends.

She was preceded in death by her parents.

Love you Mom, cant believe its been 8-years already. I wish we could just sit and have a cup of coffee and just sit and talk to each other!! I really miss our conversations and your advise you would give me. Hope you got my special gift and words i sent up to heaven for you. Keep God and all the angels company till we meet again!!

Mark, Debra,Cheryl Sorry to hear about your lost.I lost my mom in 2002 I have not heard from you guys in many years .Hope most of you are OK.Your mom was one of my fav aunts.The last time I have heard anything about your mom was about ten years ago from a old friend of mine Steve Cook would tip a few with your mom near West Bend.Things were not so good between your dad and us.I think we were kept apart by that.Love always Tom
