Caroline M. Beyer, age 90, formerly of Horicon, died Sunday, March 16, 2014 at her home in Beaver Dam.

Visitation for Caroline will be at the Koepsell-Murray Funeral Home, N7199 North Crystal Lake Road in Beaver Dam, on Saturday, March 22, 2014 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 Noon. Funeral services will follow at the funeral home on Saturday at 12:00 Noon. Burial will be at Oak Hill Cemetery.

The former Caroline M. Bessette was born on November 20, 1923 in Sugar Bush, Wisconsin to the late Ambrose and Lavina (Templar) Bessette. She was united in marriage with Wilbert Teletzke in 1941; later, on June 20, 1953, she was united in marriage with Lawrence Beyer in Waukegan, Illinois. Caroline lived in Horicon for much of her life and worked at Weyenberg Shoe Factory in Beaver Dam for many years. She enjoyed shopping and loved to go to rummage sales. Family was the most important thing to Caroline and she loved when the family would get together.

Caroline is survived by her daughters, Sharon Yelczyn of Beaver Dam and Karen Belcastro (Fred Bohn) of Fox Lake; 18 grandchildren; many great grandchildren and great great grandchildren; her sister, Sylvia Kreger of Horicon; her former son-in-law, Lawrence Yelczyn; other relatives and friends. She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband, Lawrence Beyer; a son, Wayne Teletzke; a daughter, Carol Jean (Harry) Jahnz; two grandchildren, Dean Jahnz and Toni Schuster; a great grandson, Shawn Jahnz; her brother, Ken (Ruby) Bessette; her sister, Eleanor (John) Stankiewicz; and a brother-in-law, Melvin Kreger.
