Cheryl Ann Guse, 54 years old, of North Fond du Lac, WI, passed away on Monday, October 3, 2016 at Zilber Family Hospice in Wauwatosa, WI.A Memorial Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Monday, October 10, 2016 at 2:00 p.m. at St. Mary Catholic Church in Mayville. A visitation will be held on Monday, October 10th from 12:00 noon – 2:00 p.m. at St. Mary Catholic Church. Inurnment will take place at the Shrine of Rest Mausoleum in Fond du Lac.Cheryl was born on May 6, 1962 in Beaver Dam, WI. She is a 1980 graduate of Mayville High School. Cheryl was formerly employed at Carlisle Tire and Rubber Company in Slinger. She was employed as a CNA at Mayville Nursing and Rehabilitation Center in Mayville.Cheryl is a former member of St. Mary Catholic Church in Mayville. She enjoyed cooking, baking, and camping in Northern Wisconsin. Cheryl enjoyed playing cards and a good game of ‘Catch Phrase’.Cheryl is survived by: her children- Holly (Jonathan) Tassone of West Allis, Heather (Brad) Lundell of South Milwaukee, and Johnny Knowlton of North Fond du Lac; her mother Elizabeth (Betty) Guse of Kiel; her brother Ronald (Patti Surita) Guse of Mayville; her sister Mardell (Michael) Schnell of Kiel; other relatives and friends.Cheryl is preceded in death by her father Roman in 2012.Memorials may be directed to: Zilber Family Hospice in Wauwatosa.
