Cynthia L. “Ninny” Schwoch, age 56, of Horicon, died on Sunday, November 10, 2013 after a courageous battle with pancreatic cancer.
The visitation will be at Murray Funeral Home, 716 Clinton St. in Horicon on Thursday, November 14, 2013 from 4:00 PM to 5:45 PM. The funeral service will follow at the funeral home on Thursday at 6:00 PM with Chaplain Mary Ketterhagen officiating. Burial will be at Highland Memory Gardens in the Town of Trenton, Dodge County, Wisconsin on Friday at 10:00 AM.
Cynthia Lou Schwoch was born on October 18, 1957 in Beaver Dam, Wisconsin to Edwin L. and Dorothy M. (Firari) Schwoch. Throughout her life, Ninny started many collections which included Betty Boop Memorabilia and ceramic angels. She enjoyed baking and had a love for animals and children. Many thought of her as being the best babysitter ever. Although she was quiet and shy, she was witty and had the biggest heart. Ninny worked as a CNA at Clearview for several years and enjoyed working with her flowers.
She is survived by her son, Kristopher Schwoch of Horicon; mother,Dorothy Schwoch of Horicon; brothers and sisters, Donald (Sharon) Schwoch of Juneau, Susan (Ken) Strahota of Lowell, Judith Eichorst of Horicon, Sherri (Bob) Weidman of Reeseville, Doug Schwoch of Waupun, and Jeff (Beth) Schwoch of Horicon; nine nephews; six nieces; aunts and uncles, great nieces and great nephews, other relatives and friends. Ninny was preceded in death by her grandparents; and her father.
