Elaine E. Schombor, age 84, of Horicon, died on Wednesday, December 08, 2010 at the Mayville Nursing and Rehab Center.
The visitation for Elaine will be at Sacred Heart Catholic Church in Horicon, on Saturday, December 11, 2010 from 10:00 AM until 11:00 AM. The Mass of Christian Burial will follow at church on Saturday at 11:00 AM, with Fr. Mike Petrie officiating. Burial will be in St. Malachy Cemetery.
Elaine Ellen (Kreger) Schombor was born on August 24, 1926 in Horicon, the daughter of Elmer & Inez (Godfrey) Kreger. On February 23, 1946 she was united in marriage to Joseph Schombor in Clyman. She was a 1944 graduate of the Horicon High School. Elaine work at John Deere Horicon Works for 27 years, retiring in 1972.
Elaine is survived by her sister, Crystal Bath of Jackson, nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. She is preceded in death by her parents, her husband in 1982, her brother, Loyal Kreger in 1988 and her sister, Dorothy Hartwig in 1997.
