Ethel 'Mickey' Curtin

Ethel ‘Mickey’ Curtin, age 78 of Horicon, formerly of Escanaba, MI. passed away on January 19, 2022 at the Marshfield Medical Center in Beaver Dam. A memorial gathering will take place on Tuesday, January 25 from 12 noon until 2 p.m. at the Koepsell Murray Funeral Home in BEAVER DAM.Ethel was born the daughter of Alvin and Verneda (Larry) Parker on March 8, 1943 in Portage. She was united in marriage to Harry J. Curtin on February 9, 1963 in Milwaukee. Ethel had worked as a registered nurse and took care of many people over the years. In her spare time, Ethel enjoyed baseball and was an avid Milwaukee Brewers fan. She also loved a good casino trip and always ended up lucky on the slots. She also enjoyed traveling with her husband, Harry, and they visited all 50 states.Ethel is survived by her children- Lance Curtin, Jodi Johnson, and Connie (Mitchell) Choy. Her 7 grandchildren and 10 great grandchildren. Further survived by other relatives and friends.She was preceded in death by her parents and her husband Harry.The memorial gathering will take place in BEAVER DAM at the funeral home not Horicon.
