Services: A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, July 15th at St. Stephen Ev. Lutheran Church, Horicon at 2:00 p.m., with the Rev Daniel Seehafer officiating.
Visitation: A visitation will be held on Tuesday, July 15th from 12:30 p.m. – 2:00 p.m. at St. Stephen Ev. Lutheran Church, Horicon. Burial will take place at St. John Cemetery, Mayville.
Evelyn M. Baaske, 95 years old, of Randolph, and formerly of Horicon, passed away on Thursday, July 10, 2014 at the Mayville Nursing & Rehab Center.
Evelyn was born the daughter of Thomas & Zola (Marquardt) Howley on May 22, 1919 in Duluth, MN. She was united in marriage to Walter Neitzel on Sept. 9, 1937. She was later united in marriage to Elmer Baaske on September 27, 1963. Evelyn was employed by and retired from Mayville Metal Products.
Evelyn was a member of St. Stephen Ev. Lutheran Church in Horicon. She enjoyed playing bingo and poker.
Evelyn is survived by: her children Walter Neitzel of Watertown, David (Theresa) Neitzel of Greendale, Janet (Daniel) Braun of Randolph, and Robert Neitzel of Mequon; her sister Deloris Switkovitz of Michigan; 14 grandchildren; 20 great-grandchildren; 6 great-great grandchildren; nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
Evelyn is preceded in death by her parents, her first husband Walter in 1961, her second husband Elmer in 1983, her son Orville, sisters and brothers.
