Gerald J. Schegetz, age 58, of Mayville passed away on Thursday, July 12, 2018 at Clearview Nursing and Rehabilitation in Juneau, after a short fight with cancer.A private family graveside service will be held at Highland Memory Gardens in Tn. Trenton.Gerald was born on December 24, 1959 in Beaver Dam to Joseph A. and Darlene R. (Buettner) Schegetz.He is survived by his siblings- Richard Schegetz of Rochester, MN., James (Patti) Schegetz of Horicon, WI, as well as other family relatives and friends.Gerald is preceded in death by his parents and grandparents.Special thanks to the staff at UW Hospital in Madison, Dodge County Unified Services, and Clearview Nursing and Rehab. They helped keep Jerry’s life comfortable during his fight.
