Harold W. Reinke, age 101, of Mayville passed away on April 20, 2017 at Hope Health and Rehabilitation in Lomira. A funeral service will be held on Monday, April 24 at 2 p.m. at the Koepsell Funeral Home in Mayville with the Rev. Matthew Kiecker officiating. A visitation will be held on Monday, April 24 from 1 – 2 p.m. at the funeral home. Burial will take place at Union Cemetery in Theresa. Harold was born on December 29, 1915 in the township of Lomira. He was baptized and confirmed at St. Paul Lutheran Church in the Tn. of Lomira. After school Harold farmed on rental farms in the township of Wayne. He then moved to Mayville when he was united in marriage to Marian Loehrke on May 24, 1939 and then farmed north of Mayville. He then went on to work at Maysteel and retired after 27 years with the company. He was a member of St. John Lutheran Church in Lomira. Harold was a member of the Maysteel 25 year club and also the Mayville Senior Center.Harold is survived by his nephews- Gordon (Delores) Loehrke of Theresa and Ken (Valerie) Loehrke of Waupun. His nieces- Ruth Zastrow of Theresa and Donna Bernard of Watertown. He is further survived by great nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.He is preceded in death by his parents, wife Marian, sisters in law- Irene Fritz, Verna Kuehn, and Lucille Bernard and 1 brother- Matthew Loehrke.Memorials may be directed to St. John Lutheran Church in Lomira.
