Helen Mae Pasbrig

Helen Mae Pasbrig, 82 years old, of Horicon, passed away on Tuesday, May 10, 2016 at Crossroads Care Center of Mayville.A funeral service will be held on Friday, May 13th at 12:00 noon at St. Stephen Ev. Lutheran Church in Horicon, with the Rev. Jonathon Szczesny officiating. A visitation will also be held on Friday, May 13th from 10:00 a.m. until the 12:00 noon service at St. Stephen Ev. Lutheran Church. Burial will take place at Reeseville Cemetery. Helen was born on July 11, 1933 to Walter and Meta (Neitzel) Plato in Reeseville, WI. She was united in marriage to Ralph L. Pasbrig on September 24, 1949 at the United Church of Christ Church in Reeseville. Helen was a member of St. Stephen Ev. Lutheran Church in Horicon. She belonged to St. Stephen Ladies Aid and Guild. Helen enjoyed reading, doing puzzles, babysitting, and was an excellent cook and baker. She also loved family gatherings and music. Helen is survived by: her children- Neal (Diane) Pasbrig of Horicon, Wayne (Lois) Pasbrig of Mayville, Glen (Colette) Pasbrig of Fond du Lac, and Lynne (Jeff) Reihbandt of Waupun; her sister-in-law- Marion Plato of Wautoma; 6 grandchildren- Robert (fiancé Stacy) Pasbrig, Jenny (special friend Tim) Pasbrig, Travis (special friend Dani) Pasbrig, Nicky (Phill) Habel, Patrick (Kristen) Bennett, and Lea (Derek) Muche; 2 great-grandchildren- Garrett & Tucker; other relatives and friends.Helen is preceded in death by her parents, husband Ralph in 1987, her brother Ray, and her sister Rose Ann Gogert.
