Jack H. Hamann, 76, of Beaver Dam and formerly of Milwaukee passed away on Tuesday, April 1, 2014 at the UW. Hospital in Madison.

Jack was born the son of Edward G. and Lorraine (Gerkhardt) Hamann on January 30, 1938 in Milwaukee, Wisconsin.

Jack is survived by his brother Al (Doris) Hamann of Tennessee and his sister Donna (Tom) Schenk of Milwaukee, WI. He is further survived by nieces and nephews, other relatives and friends.

As Jack wished, no formal funeral services will be held and cremation will take place.
