Jared was born on December 8, 2001 at Meriter Hospital in Madison. He, along with Maria, Jesus, and Axel, were quadruplets born to Hector Salazar and Rosa Balleza and they were affectionately known as Rosa”s Babies. The four of them were baptized on February 9, 2002 at St. Michael”s Catholic Church in Beaver Dam. Jared, a 1st grader at Jefferson Elementary School in Beaver Dam, loved to sit on a lap and be read a story and he loved to play with his brothers and sister, too. Like many kids, Jared liked to watch television. He really liked to watch wrestling and he would dance around like the wrestlers on television would do as they entered the ring. Jared and his family were members of St. Katharine Drexel Parish were they went to church.
Jared will be missed and is very much loved by his mother and father, Rosa Balleza and Hector Salazar of Beaver Dam, his sister and brothers, Maria Del Carmen, Jesus, and Axel, his grandparents, Perfecto and Rosa Salazar and Antonio and Maura Balleza, all of Mexico, his eight aunts and five uncles, his Godfather, Angel Chaparro of Hartford, and special family friends, Fr. Bill Key, Fr. Carlos Florez, Fr. Jose Gonzalez, Phoebe Weiss, Judy Johnsen, Donna Rochwite, and JoAnn Kernan, as well as many other relatives and friends.
The family would like to thank everyone that has been there for them over the past seven plus years. Your prayers, support, and love is appreciated in ways words cannot express.
