Jeremy R. Wagner, 39, of Waupun passed away unexpectedly on Wednesday, September 18, 2013 at his home.

A funeral service will be held at 7 p.m. on Monday, September 23, 2013 at the Koepsell Funeral Home, N7199 N. Crystal Lake Rd., Beaver Dam with the Rev. Dr. Mark J. Molldrem officiating. A visitation will also be held on Monday from 4 p.m. until 7 p.m. at the funeral home. Interment will take place at Oakwood Cemetery in Beaver Dam.

Jeremy Robert was born the son of John and Nancy (Hendrickson) Wagner on July 8, 1974 in Beaver Dam. Jeremy attended Beaver Dam High School. He worked with his dad at Wagner Home Renovation. Jeremy enjoyed gardening, woodworking and baking especially desserts for all family gatherings. He also enjoyed the outdoors especially hiking, rock climbing and hunting and fishing. Jeremy valued the time he spent with his family and nieces and nephews.

Jeremy is survived by his daughter, Alexa Uherka of Waupun; his parents: John and Nancy Wagner of Burnett; his brother, Jeff (Alison) Wagner of Whitefish Bay; his sister, Jennifer (Jason) Wagner-VanderWerff of Beaver Dam; his nephews: C.J., Jordan and Brendan; nieces: Calista, Kaelin, Paige, Julia, and Hadley; his great-niece, Jaelynn; his aunts: Judy (Scot) Polzin and Della (Dennis) Julseth; and further survived by other relatives, friends and special companions, his cats and parakeets.

He was preceded in death by his paternal grandparents: Melvin and Barbara Wagner; his maternal grandparents: Clarence and Ethel Hendrickson; his auntie and uncle, Viola and Clarence Riemer, his uncle Jerry Wagner; his sister Juliet as well as other relatives.

Memorials: Memorials may be directed to the Wisconsin Lions Camp, 3834 Cty Rd. A, Rosholt, WI 54473.

I am so sorry for your loss, But I want to thank you for sharing your wonderful son with my son Tom and my family for many. many years. His smile, his laugh the goofy way the guys would head bang to rock songs, the silly jokes and so much more, will be with me forever. Jeremy was such a great person, I am blessed for having had the chance to watch him grow into a fine man, he was always so kind and soft spoken, I really enjoyed spending tie with him.
