Julia Fink, age 99, died Thursday, January 12, 2012 at her home in Horicon.

At Julia”s request, there will be no services.

Julia was born on September 17, 1912 in Elkhorn, West Virginia to the late Andrew and Maria (Serway) Guydosh in Elkhorn, West Virginia. On April 9, 1939, she was united in marriage with Glen Fink in Pittsburg, Pennsylvania; they were married 55 years before Glen died in 1994.

Julia is survived by two sons, Paul R. (Pam) Fink of Horicon and Glen M. (Rosanna) Fink of Brookfield; five grandchildren, Andrew J. Jamie) Fink, Daniel (Denise) Fink, Benjamin Fink, Bethany Fink, and Matthew Fink; five great grandchildren, Sophia, Etienne, Charlotte, Laurent, and Nicasio; constant companions and guardians, much loved Freeway and Pika. Julia was preceded in death by her husband and her brother, Andrew.

Julia wanted to thank the good neighbors and friends who would lend a helping hand when needed, Rev. Paul Hudson and his wife Jennine for their kindness over the years, and the friends who remembered special dates with cards and “goodies”.
