Karen A. Clark, age 49, of Reeseville, died Friday, June 24, 2011 at St. Joseph”s Hospital in Marshfield
Visitation for Karen will be at Trinity Lutheran Church on CTR I south of Reeseville on Wednesday, June 29, 2011 from 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM. Funeral services will follow at church on Wednesday beginning at 1:00 PM. Rev. Matthew Martin will officiate. Burial will follow at Lowell Cemetery.
The former Karen Ann Schoenwetter was born on July 19, 1961 in Beaver Dam, Wisconsin to Rodney and Phyllis (Beske) Schoenwetter. On June 7, 1980, she was united in marriage with Jeffrey L. Clark at Trinity Lutheran Church in Reeseville. Karen worked as a waitress at Bruce and Donna”s in Lowell and more recently at the Blew Inn in rural Juneau; she loved waitressing because she loved being around people. She also enjoyed working on the farm, especially feeding and taking care of the calves. Karen”s nature was to be caring and loving; this made her a great wife, mom and grandma. She loved her grandkids and enjoyed having them with her. Karen was a great cook and she made the best desserts. Karen was a member of Trinity Lutheran Church in Reesevile.
Survivors include her husband, Jeff Clark of Reeseville; two daughters, Stephanie Clark of Reeseville and Amanda Clark (fiance” Jason Bartz) of Waterloo; two grandchildren, Khloe and Levi; her parents, Rodney and Phyllis Schoenwetter of Adams Friendship; her paternal grandmother, Alice Daniels of Lowell; three sisters, Sharon (Neal) Yerges of Reeseville, Brenda (Bobby) Hardy of Lowell, and Lynn Henning of Adams Friendship; her mother-in-law, Carol Clark of Reeseville; two brothers-in-law, Van (Karen) Clark and Tim (Annette) Clark, both of Reeseville; nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. Karen was preceded in death by her father-in-law, Lynn Clark, her paternal grandfather, and her maternal grandparents.
If desired, memorials may be made in Karen Clark”s name to Trinity Lutheran Church in Reeseville.
