Visitation: Friday from 10 a.m. until 11 a.m. at the funeral home.
Kelly J. Kurth, 28, a resident of Clearview Health and Rehab. Center in Juneau passed away peacefully on Tuesday, June 11, 2013 at her home.
A funeral service will be held at 11 a.m. on Friday, June 14, 2013 at Koepsell Funeral Home, N7199 N. Crystal Lake Rd., Beaver Dam with the Rev. Philip Heyer officiating. A visitation will also be held on Friday from 10 a.m. until 11 a.m. at the funeral home. A private family inurnment will take place at Highland Memory Gardens, Township of Trenton at a later date.
Kelly Jane was born the daughter Charles and Helen (Lanzhammer) Kurth on June 24, 1984 in Beaver Dam, WI. She was a 2003 graduate of Beaver Dam High School. Kelly was a member of St. Stephen’s Ev. Lutheran Church in Beaver Dam. Kelly has been a treasure to her family, and has taught us countless lessons throughout her life.
Kelly is survived by her parents: Helen and Charlie Kurth of Beaver Dam; her sister Jennifer (Jesse) Wilson of Beaver Dam; and further survived by other relatives and friends. She was preceded in death by her paternal grandparents: Myrtle and Arthur Kurth; her maternal grandparents: Magdalene and Paul Lanzhammer; and her aunts: Janice and Anna.
Kelly’s family wishes to extend their sincere gratitude to all of Kelly’s caregivers through the years, especially the staff at Clearview Health and Rehab.
