I am sorry to hear of the passing of Ken. He was a friend to Heffron family in the years we had restaurants in Reeseville and Lowell. I never really thanked him properly for all the work he put in to softball and baseball teams in Reeseville. He made a difference in many peoples lives. On top of that I will need to find a new ticket broker. Our kindest thoughts and best memories are with the Kulke family.

Such sad news. Our condolence to the Kulke Family. Ken was one of my bus drivers on the Reeseville/Juneau route when I was in high school. Bob knew him thru baseball/umpiring years ago. I last had conversation with Ken a few years ago, he was the bus driver who brought the Dodgeland basketball team to Johnson Creek; I sold 50/50 tickets and when I asked him if he would like to buy one he said he thought he knew me, it was a surprise because it had been many years since I last spoke with him and for the fact that he recalled who I was after a little conversation. We chatted a bit and he bought 1 ticket from me because he said you only needed 1 to win; I''m not sure if he won the $$ that night but I do recall it was someone on the Dodgeland side that did. RIP Ken, you have touched many lives in some way and you will be missed by many! Bob & June(Null) McCaffery

To the Kulke family: Sorry to hear of Ken''s passing. Although its been many years since I last saw Ken thoughts of him still bring a smile to my face. His passion for sports was well documented and that was my connection to him. He was a very positive person and evokes nothing but good feelings and memories. No doubt, when you look up the definition of "good guy" Ken''s smiling face will be next to it. David Schultz, Dodgeland 1976.

Dear Aunt Lorraine, Howard, Bonnie, and Your Families: It was with with deep sadness and disbelief that I learned of Kenny''s passing. I will always remember him for his unique sense of humor, and the way he always seemed to enjoy life. I am reminded of Jesus'' words of comfort to Martha at the death of her brother Lazarus. "I am the resurrection and the life. He who believes in me will live, even though he dies; and whoever lives and believes in me will never die." May your faith in the wisdom of our loving God help you to find comfort, reassurance, and peace at this time and in the days to come.

To Kenny''s family; I am sorry to hear about Kenny''s passing. I have known Kenny literally my whole life and have a lot of great childhood memories of him. Even into my adulthood, Kenny always made a point to treat me as if I were apart of his family, even on bowling nights. This is a man that definitely had class and had a zest for life. Thank you Kenny for so many years of memories.
