Lorraine Bubbles E. Heintz, 85, of Beaver Dam passed away peacefully on Tuesday, July 9, 2013 at Prairie Ridge Assisted Living in Beaver Dam.
Funeral Services for Lorraine will be held on Thursday, July 11, 2013 at 2:00 p.m. at First Ev. Lutheran Church in Beaver Dam with the Rev. Mark D. Jensen officiating. A visitation will also be held on Thursday, July 11th from Noon – 2:00 p.m. at First Ev. Lutheran Church. Interment will follow at Highland Memory Gardens in the township of Trenton.
Lorraine was born on September 13, 1927 the daughter of Ervin and Edna (Benzel) Walther in Mayville, Wisconsin. On August 13, 1949, she was married to Donald Heintz in Mayville.
Lorraine and her husband Don owned and operated Heintz’s Bar in Beaver Dam until their retirement. In their retirement, Lorraine and Don enjoyed camping, fishing and spending time with their grandchildren and great grandchildren. She was a member of First Ev. Lutheran Church in Beaver Dam. Lorraine enjoyed cooking and baking.
Lorraine is survived by her husband Donald of Beaver Dam; her daughter Susan (Mike) Eilbes of Beaver Dam and her son Jim Eilbes of Green Bay; grandchildren: Scott Eilbes, Michelle Eilbes, Sara (Chris) Simon, Kevin Eilbes, Nicholas (Aili) Heintz and Garrett (Nicole) Heintz; three great grandchildren: Mason, Landon and Joselyn; her sister Margaret Rupnow of Juneau and her brother Ervin Walther of Princeton. She is further survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
She was preceded in death by her parents, her sister Helen Gleissner and her brother Robert Walther.
