













































Norman Amando Scola, 87 years old, of Two Rivers, WI, and formerly of Mayville, passed away peacefully at his home November 27, 2015 surrounded by family.A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, Dec. 5th from 12:00 noon until 2:00 p.m. at the Koepsell-Murray Funeral in Horicon, 716 Clinton Street, Horicon, with military rites to be conducted by the Mayville Am. Legion Post #69. Inurnment will take place at the Shrine of Rest Mausoleum, Ledgeview Memorial Park, Fond du Lac, WI. Norm was born January 24, 1928 to Amando and Katherine (Arbet) Scola in Mayville. On October 16, 1950 Norm was united in marriage to Shirley Wagner in Fond du Lac.He attended Mayville High School until the age of 17, and then enlisted in the Marines in June of 1945 at Milwaukee, Wisconsin. He served until his Honorable discharge in August of 1946 from Quantico, Virginia, where he attained the rank of Private First Class.Norm was a hard worker and could fix anything. He enjoyed spending time tinkering on things in his garage when he wasn’t busy remodeling one of the 23 homes he owned over the years. He enjoyed telling a good story, watching the Pack, and had a sweet spot for dogs.Norm is survived by his wife Shirley of Two Rivers; his sons- Larry (Verna) Scola of Green Valley, AZ; Robert Scola of Hudson, FL; William (Cathy) Scola of Two Rivers; Mike Scola of Berlin; Tom (Sandy) Scola of Lodi; his daughter Lisa Scola of Fond du Lac; his sister Olga Lavarda of Coleman; his grandchildren -Tammy (Dan) Calendar, Sam Scola, Eric (Danielle) Scola, Michelle Brantley, Alexandra Scola, Dominic Scola, Sydney Scola; his great grandchildren- Cassie and Logan Felbab, Taylor Ross, Haeli Scola, Jacob Brantley, and Nyomi Brantley; nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.He was preceded in death by his parents and his sisters- Violet Kroenig & Alvina Ludwig.In lieu of flowers, memorials may be directed to the American Cancer Society.
