Patricia Lee Deck

Patricia L. Deck, age 80, of Beaver Dam, died on Tuesday, January 12, 2010 at Hillside Manor.

In keeping with her wishes, there will be no formal services and cremation will take place.

The former Patricia Lee Cantway was born on September 27, 1929 in Illinois to Raymond and Daisy (Doud) Cantway. Pat attended Milford High School in Milford, Illinois and graduated as class Valedictorian. She was united in marriage with Donald Deck. In the late 1960”s and early 1970”s, Pat rode the top of Bi-Planes in air shows around the country and was considered to be a local celebrity.

Survivors are her children, Dan (Nancy) Deck of Beaver Dam, and Pam (Doug) McLain of Beaver Dam, grandchildren, Sarah (Caleb) Kasper, Erin Deck, Zack McLain, and Jacob McLain, great grandchildren, Kendra Kasper and Ben Kasper, nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. She was preceded in death by her parents, husband, sister, Violet Cantway, and brothers, Raymond and William Cantway.

The family suggests that memorials be made in Patricia L. Deck”s name to Hillside Hospice / Home Care, 709 S. University Ave., Beaver Dam, WI, 53916.
