Patricia Louise Gibson

Patricia L. Gibson, age 80, of Reeseville, died on Wednesday, August 21, 2013 at Beaver Dam Community Hospital.

The visitation will be at Murray Funeral Home in Reeseville on Monday, August 26, 2013 from 4:00 PM until 6:00 PM. There will also be a visitation at Holy Family Catholic Church in Reeseville on Tuesday, August 27, 2013 from 10:00 AM until the time of Service. The Mass of Christian Burial will be at the church on Tuesday at 11:00 AM with Fr. Rick Wendell officiating. Burial will be a Grove Prairie Cemetery, Town of Lowell, Dodge County, Wisconsin.

The former Patricia Louise Kasper was born on March 27, 1933 in Columbus, Wisconsin to William and Rose (Wedel) Kasper. She was a graduate of Columbus High School and on October 3, 1959 she was united in marriage with Ralph Gibson. They made their home in rural Reeseville. During her younger years, Patricia worked as a waitress and Ann”s Kitchen in Reeseville and was a Girl Scout Leader. She also drove school bus for the rural Reeseville children. Patricia enjoyed camping and bowling and was a member of the Homemakers Club in Reeseville. She was a member of Holy Family Catholic Church.

Patricia is survived by her husband, Ralph of Reeseville; children, John of Beaver Dam, Dennis (Rhonda) of Reeseville and Sue (Mike) Lange of Oak Grove; grandchildren, Emily, Evan and Victoria Gibson, Kenny Gibson, and Kelsey and Mason Lange; sisters, Rosella Teidt of Columbus, Margaret Orourke of Lancaster, Betty Monroe of Rhinelander, Barbara Schriever of Madison, Carol Beck of Pardeeville, and Kathleen Kessenich of Columbus; brother, James Kasper of Fall River; nieces, nephews, other relative and friends. She was preceded in death by her parents and her sisters, Maryann Krupp, Beatrice Boettcher, and Monica Burke.

If desired, memorials may be made in Patricia L. Gibson”s name to Holy Family Catholic Church or to The Trosten Haus at Green Valley Enterprises.
