Visitation: Tuesday, February 23rd from 4 p.m. until 6 p.m. at the Koepsell Funeral Home in Beaver Dam, and also on Wednesday, February 24th from 9:30 a.m. until 10:30 a.m. at the church
Pearl J. Nenno, 94 years formerly of the Charleston House, Beaver Dam passed away peacefully on Saturday, February 20, 2010 at Hillside Manor with her loving family by her side.
Funeral Services for Pearl will be held on Wednesday, February 24th at 10:30am
at St. Stephen’s Ev. Lutheran Church in Beaver Dam with the Rev. Philip Heyer officiating. Visitation will be held on Tuesday, February 23rd from 4 to 6pm at the Koepsell Funeral Home, Beaver Dam, WI and also Wednesday from 9:30 till10:30am at the church. Interment will be at Highland Memory Gardens in the Township of Trenton, WI.
Pearl was born the daughter of Amber and Josephine (Peterson) Amberson on August 22, 1915 in Beaver Dam. She was a graduate of Beaver Dam High School. She was married to Mervin Baker in 1937, who preceded her in death. She was then married to Clem Leisses in 1979, after his death, Pearl was married to Gerald Nenno in 1982, who also preceded her in death.
Pearl was a faithful member of St. Stephen’s Ev. Lutheran Church in Beaver Dam. Pearl had been employed at Thirty-Three Furniture Co. for many years.
Pearl is survived by her three children: Fay (Hilmer) Wahl of Beaver Dam, Gail (Charles) Fakes of Fox Lake and Cindy (Robert) Hankes of Beaver Dam; grandchildren Lisa (Lance) Novak, Rhonda (Tom) Walters, David (LeAnne) Lenz, Jamie (John) Wolf, Jason (Roxi) Fakes, Jacob (Jess) Fakes, Jill (Shawn Herbst) Fakes, Wendy (Brian) Wilken, Stacey (Don) Uherka and 18 great grandchildren; her step-children; her sisters: , Frances Linde of Beaver Dam and Ruth Lewandowsk of Beaver Dam. She is further survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
She was preceded in death by her parents, her husbands, two brothers Nelvin & John and her sisters, Gladys Koch & Alice Linde.
