Ruby”s careers consisted of a hospital aid, secretary, and commercial seamstress with Briese Co. Furniture and Draperies in Beaver Dam, but most importantly, her years were spent as a housewife and mother. She very much enjoyed vegetable and flower gardening, cooking and baking, and sewing. Ruby enjoyed the company of her pet cats that she had over many years, and in her senior years, she enjoyed relaxing in the warm sunshine when she could. She was a member of Immanuel Lutheran Church in Reeseville. Ruby always had a smile for everyone and a sharp sense of humor as well. She will certainly be missed by all those who knew her.
