Todd Robert Oechsner, age 64 of Theresa passed away on Saturday, September 4, 2021 at his home in Theresa.A celebration of Todd’s life will be held on Saturday, September 11 from 2 to 5 p.m at Rosie’s Restaurant and Bar in Lomira. The family asks that all those in attendance wear a N95 mask. Casual attire required!Todd was born the son of Hubert and Pearl (Reklau) Oechsner on October 26, 1956 in Fond du Lac. Todd was a 1974 graduate of Campbellsport High School. He had been employed as a railroad conductor for the CNN Railroad. In his spare time Todd enjoyed collecting Minneapolis Moline Tractors and Buick cars. He loved the outdoors and loved hunting deer and grouse.Todd is survived by his siblings- Gary Oechsner of Fond du Lac, Dean Oechsner of MN., Glen (Julie) Oechsner of Ashford, and Rita (Jim) Hunt of Kaufman, TX. His nephew- Aron (Amy) Oechsner of Mequon. His nieces- Laura (David) Weber of Beaver Dam, Nicole Oechsner of Fond du Lac, and Amy Oechsner of WI. He is further survived by other relatives and many friends.He was preceded in death by his parents and niece Ginny.In lieu of flowers- memorials may be directed to Todd’s family and a memorial bench will be established at Rocky Mountain National Park.

Todd was a great younger brother! He let me keep the title as the last arm wrestling champ between us, although it was in the 70's! As others have been kind enough to say he had a great sense of humor. Was a hard worker, and loved his precious dog Dozer! I miss him terribly! And thank all the kind men who wrote about him and talked to me at his memorial, you made me proud of him! The memorial will be at theYMCA of the Rocky Mountains. At the bird banding area! Bless you all!

I had the privilege of working with Todd at the railroad. He was very nice man and an excellent co-worker. Was obviously not the loudest guy in the world, but I loved Todd's sense of humor.
