Services: A funeral service will be held on Sunday, June 9, 2013 at 2:00 p.m. at the Koepsell Funeral Home in Mayville with the Rev. James Mallmann officiating.
Visitation: A visitation will be held from 1:30 until the time of the service at 2:00 p.m. Burial will take place at St. John Cemetery in Mayville.
V. Melvin Huber, 83 years old, of Mayville passed away on Friday, June 7, 2013 at the Beaver Dam Community Hospital.

Melvin was born on June 23, 1929 in Zeeland, North Dakota to Robert and Martha (Lang) Huber. Melvin was united in marriage to Victoria Ritter on January10, 1960 in Garrison, North Dakota. Melvin worked at Gleason Reel for 31 years until he retired in 1991. He loved gardening and sharing his crops with his friends. He was a member of St. John Ev. Lutheran Church in Mayville.
Melvin is survived by: his wife Victoria. His son – Jeff Huber of Mayville. His brother-Hilbert (Florence) Huber of Owatonna, Minn. His sisters- Delorese (Albert) Singer of Aberdeen, South Dakota and LaVonna (Gerhardt) Ketterling of Zeeland, North Dakota. 3 sisters in law. Further survived by nieces & nephews other relatives & friends.
He was preceded in death by his parents, one brother Homer of Pierre, South Dakota and 1 sister Bernice of Aberdeen, South Dakota.
