Verola E. Sennhenn, 88, of Columbus went to her heavenly home on Monday, May 19, 2014.
Verola was born on March 7, 1926 in Columbus, WI, the daughter of Herbert F. and Lydia (Schmidt) Sennhenn. She was baptized and confirmed at Zion Ev. Lutheran Church, WELS, Columbus, WI.
Verola was employed for 35 years in Madison, starting at Frosberg Paper Box in Various office positions; later this firm was bought by Graphic Packaging. She was a world traveler and enjoyed seeing and collecting whale memorabilia and cookie cutters.
Verola is survived by her sister, Clara and brother, Rudolph, Sr., both of Columbus; her nephews: Nickolas (special friend, Sandra Heinz) Cipollone of Milwaukee, Herbert E. (special friend, Lori Strom) Sennhenn of Edgerton, Rudolph (Beth) Sennhenn, Jr. of Beaver Dam; her nieces: Jean (Bill) Schaefer of Fond du Lac, Lynn (Fred) Finger of League City, TX, Kristi (Doug) Hoekman of Whitewater, Jacalyn (Ken) McCarty of Kalamazoo, MI, Tina (Mark) Schuman of Beaver Dam and further survived by other relatives and friends.
She was preceded in death by her parents and her sister, Dorothy Cipollone.
A private family memorial service will be held on Friday, May 23, 2014 at the Koepsell-Zeidler Funeral Home in Columbus. Inurnment will take place at Hillside Cemetery in Columbus.
