We are friends of Alan and Laurel Bennett and want to express our appreciation for what we know of Victor''s love of his family. We know of his importance to Alan, of his love of visits to the farm and the family picnics and of the joy of cracking hickory nuts which we sometimes got to taste in Laurel or Alan''s cooking. He had a long and interesting life and was a supportive influence for his family. His death will leave an empty spot but also many great memories and an ongoing love of nature expressed through his children.
