William D. Thomas, 55, of Beaver Dam, passed away on Wednesday, April 17, 2013 at his home.
In keeping with his wishes, cremation has taken place.
He was the loving husband of Gloria Bell; son of Lloyd and Virginia Thomas, Beaver Dam; brother of Larry (Sandy) Slinger, Weslaco, TX; Darlene (Phil) Schultz, Aurora, CO; Eugene (Barb Frame) Slinger, Beaver Dam; Sandra Thomas, Beaver Dam; Daryl (Doreen Amory) Thomas, Suring, WI; Betty (Tom Sparks) Thomas, Antigo, WI; his stepson Tom (Amy) Bell Appleton, WI; his sister-in-law Grace (Bob) Ireland, Hanover, IN;his sister-in-law Gladys Riley, Milwaukee, WI; and his brother-in-law Glenn (Annje) Hildebrandt, Beaver Dam. He is further survived by other relatives and friends.
Will loved to learn new things, loved sports and loved Beaver Dam, the city where he was born. Will was most proud of his jobs at the West Bend Company and the Milwaukee Journal/Sentinel.

Visitation is on Monday, April 22, 2013 at St John’s Church, 1209 Circle Dr. West, Beaver Dam from 9:30 a.m. until the time of the memorial service at 11:00 a.m. There will be a luncheon served in the St. John’s fellowship hall after the service.
A private inurnment will be done at the cemetery in the Village of Randolph at a later date.
